How to Soar in your life

This is the ultimate in fulfillment, an experience that can bring inner joy and true satisfaction.

The ICF (International Coach Federation) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Through the collaboration process, our purpose is to accelerate both your personal and professional success. In another arena of my life, I am trained to give flight instruction. I truly enjoy that moment when another individual takes the controls and manages the flight. It is a special moment. An achievement beyond words.

Similarly, it is a moment full of wonder and awe when another individual takes steps in life to gain more awareness and achieve their heartfelt goals and dreams. As a life coach, I offer tools to do just that.

Always remember to take time for yourself.

Here’s a way to do that… Find a quiet place or visualize yourself in a place you really enjoy. What is it about this place that you enjoy? You are just observing but use your imagination to describe it in your mind. Take deep breathes. Do this for about 10-15 minutes each day. You can come back to this place anytime you want. It will always be there for you!

TO STAY FOCUSED IN THE MOMENT… There are many things in life asking for our attention. But attention is a precious thing. The strength of your attention keeps you focused on whatever you’re doing. We often need to find new methods to stay present in the moment. So when you sense your attention drifting, see in your mind’s eye, that your attention becomes like a high beam light which you are pointing exactly where you want it to go.
